Privacy
Short version: we don't use cookies, we don't collect personal information, and we don't run advertising trackers. No consent pop-up, because there's nothing to consent to.
What we measure
We keep a simple, private count of how the website is used — so we know which dishes people look at and whether the site actually helps guests find us. For each visit we record:
- Which pages were viewed, and which buttons were used (menu, reserve, directions, call)
- Your country — country only, never your location or address
- Whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer, and your browser language
- Which website sent you here (the site's name, never the full address)
- A random number that lasts until you close the tab
What we don't do
- No cookies, and nothing that follows you to other websites
- No names, emails, phone numbers or accounts — we never ask, so we never store
- Your IP address is never stored
- No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising trackers of any kind
- Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers
The chat assistant
If you use the chat, your questions are saved so we can teach the assistant to answer better next time — that's the only reason we keep them. Please don't type personal details into it. In our usage statistics, questions are reduced to a topic only (like "hours" or "menu"), never the words you typed.
How long we keep it
Usage data is deleted automatically after 24 months. We keep two years so we can compare one tourist season with the last.
